Guest Capacity and Registration

●The total number of guests must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking.
●Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited from staying on the premises.



Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay, removal from the property, and/or additional charges at our discretion:

●Smoking anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors (including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices).
●Bringing pets onto the property.
●Use of fireworks, open flames, fire pits, or any form of outdoor burning.
●Operating drones on or near the property.
●Playing loud music or engaging in activities that cause excessive noise.
●Cooking that produces strong or lingering odors (e.g., indoor barbecuing).
●Disposing of garbage or other waste in the yard or surrounding area.
●Allowing unregistered guests to enter or stay at the property.
●Hosting parties, events, or gatherings without prior written permission.
●Moving, removing, or tampering with furniture, appliances, or amenities without authorization.
●Sharing keys, lock codes, or access information with third parties.
●Use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances.
●Any behavior that may disturb or negatively impact neighboring residents or the surrounding community.

Other Notes 

・Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.
・During snowy weather, the owner will clear snow using a large snow blower (parked   outside when not in use). For your safety, please do not touch it or stand in front of     it while operating. 
・Please park your vehicle so it does not obstruct the snowblower's route to the  garden (this will be explained at check-in).
